A couple of honest notes
The practice is run by one person, on top of a full-time job, so replies aren't instant — but every genuine question from a California homeowner gets read. What can't be done by email is a full proposal review or personalized advice; that's what the advisory services (launching soon) are for. General questions, article follow-ups, and "is this worth a closer look" are all fair game.
