Someone should read that proposal who is not trying to sell you anything.
You are the only person at the table without a stake in the outcome. We read the document, name what is buried in it, and tell you in writing what we would do if it were our money.

Book Decision PackageTwelve months matters because a system is sized against a full year: the summer cooling peak, the winter dark months, and the annual cycle net metering settles on. Owned the home less than a year? Tell us before booking and we will say what is workable.
Not sure which one, or missing documents? Book an hourly call and we will tell you what you need, or whether you need us at all.
What gets read
The system
Whether the equipment and sizing match what you were told, and your roof.
The money
Total cost with interest and fees. Whether savings claims come from your bills or from assumptions.
The financing
Term, rate, escalator, buyout, what happens when you sell, and any lien on your home.
The promises
Production guarantees and warranties, and which of them survive if the installer does not.
And the gap that costs people most: anything the salesperson said that never made it into the contract. If it is not written down, it is not part of your deal.
How it works
- Book the tier. You land on a page telling you exactly what to send and where to upload it.
- We confirm receipt in two business days and give you a realistic timeline before starting.
- Your written report arrives at the email you used at checkout.
Working against a signing deadline? Say so when you book. We will tell you plainly whether we can meet it before we begin.
Quick answers
I am not in California. Does this still work?
Yes. Fees, financing and broken promises do not change at a state line. Where your state has rules California does not, we say so rather than guessing.
I already signed. Too late?
Maybe not. Many states give you a short cancellation window, and California gives residential solar buyers three days. Tell us when you book and we will prioritize it.
Why twelve months of bills?
A solar system is sized against a full year of your actual usage. Six months misses either the summer cooling peak or the winter dark months, and net metering settles on an annual cycle, so a half year cannot show you where you land. If you have owned the home less than a year, write to us before booking and we will tell you honestly whether your data is enough to work from.
Do you use AI?
AI is part of how the practice produces reports: synthesis, document organization, and draft generation. Every professional judgment and factual claim is reviewed and verified by the principal before delivery. Full detail is in the Terms of Service.
What if you tell me not to sign?
Then the report says so. We are paid for the reading, not for the answer, and sometimes the answer is that the deal is fine.
What is not included?
No site visits or roof inspections. We are not electrical contractors and do not certify code compliance. No legal, tax or financial advice. We do not recommend a replacement installer, and we take no commission from anyone whose proposal we review.
Terms are in the Engagement Agreement. Cancellations in the Refund Policy. Both published in full, before you pay.
